We are sailing professionals, passionate about sharing the knowledge and skills behind this sport and lifestyle. Through our entrepreneurial vision we aim to reach children, young people, and adults in Quintana Roo — and across Mexico.

Mauricio Pérez Valero — Founder, instructor & director

Sailing has been his profession for over 30 years in yachting culture, and he loves sharing this lifestyle for racing and cruising. He holds national and international certifications and is a World Sailing level 3 instructor.

Leonardo Barriga — Instructor & infrastructure

Mexican mariner and electronics communications specialist with 20+ years of navigation experience; World Sailing coach courses levels 1 and 2.

Dagoberto — Catamaran coach

Born in Spain and an ocean sailor, he specialises in racing Hobie 16 and multihull sailing — he enjoys sharing skills and Bacalar’s breeze.

Judencio Bronstein — Dinghy coach

Experienced racer, bilingual, and focused on teaching dinghy sailing (Laser II, Lido 14) — the fastest branch of monohull sailing.

Maria Faubert — Translation, projects & image

Extensive sailing background; from Quebec, she speaks French, English, and Spanish, supporting international students and experiences. Web development & marketing lead.
